New Placemats and Coasters
Jacquie Sturrock, owner of Picklepot Designs and mother of Catherine Sturrock 7C, contacted me earlier this year with the idea of using WSH GCSE and A Level artwork to create custom placemats and coasters. We jumped at the idea and have created an order form and sample images of the sets which you will see in the following pages. You are not limited to using WHS artwork. As long as you own the copyright to the image you can supply your own. These placemats and coasters make the perfect gift for any occasion. Orders take 28 days to fulfil. We thank Jacquie for the inspiration and donating her time to produce the mats and coasters with all proceeds going to the School Development Fund.

Music Tour DVDs and CDs
Music Tour to Budapest CDs and DVDs are now available as are Lower School, Senior Concert ‘Dido and Aeneas’ and Baillie Murphy Music Festival. To buy CDs or DVDs, simply fill out the order form which can be downloaded here. The order form contains CDs and DVDs of past and recent performances and will be updated as new DVDs and CDs become available. Once the form is completed and returned to the Music Department, your order will be delivered to your daughter or alternatively we will contact you by phone/email so that you may collect the CD/DVD from school.

Parents Association Discounts
The Parents and Friends Association (PAFA) has subscribed to SpendandRaise (a "web-shop" formerly known as ‘buy.at’). Use Spend and Raise to shop and raise money for WHS. It looks different because there are hundreds more retailers to shop with. Each time you visit one of the sites from Spend and Raise is made, PAFA gets a commission payment. We have over 100 retailers on board (selling insurance, utilities, furniture and holidays as well as clothes, chocolates, books, flowers and other gift items). So if you are booking a late holiday, buying books for holiday reading or stationery items for school, please explore the site and tell your friends
In a similar way, you can also contribute directly to school funds by buying your Amazon.co.uk goods through our Amazon link. You pay nothing more, but the school will get a small percentage of every pound you spend.
